Time for FLL

Photo 306 - 308: It's rainy, it's cloudy and still a bit cold outside, so who wants to be sitting on one of these beach chairs? ME! I do get to go down to Miami for work tomorrow, but still... sigh! Summer needs to get here now. Or I just convince my boss that I need to work remotely with my laptop and cell phone in hand.

Sunset at the Waterfront

Photo 138: I'm in Valley, Alabama, today for work, and yes it's ... well it's Alabama along with it's southern food and hospitality. I had a great weekend, gave Pedro a rest, didn't get much sleep, did a little Halloweening, ate a ton, in need of a nap, but looking forward to the month of November. I've been itching to post some sunset pictures lately, and my next photomission is to capture the sunset and the NYC skyline, but until I have time to drag my tired butt out to the promenade this will have to do.

Lesson for today: Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck, so experience every day with that in mind, and value what great things life can give you.

Photo 130-131: Here are some more from this past weekend. Hope you enjoy! It was a beautiful, sunny and stunning fall day... which we have been paying for with the three-day rain we've had. I practically swim to work every day, so of course I did backflips all the way to Jersey on Sunday.

Photo 7: Another sunny day in Manhattan, and a quick snapshot of beautiful downtown. I just love the iron doors which stand in such great contrast to the framed sky, towering buildings and park.
